Unfortunately Apple does not allow you to run a virtual macOS or OS X on non-Apple branded hardware. Therefore, there is no such option in Workstation. You are not legally allowed to run macOS on Workstation because of Apple's restrictions. Questions on VMWare's boards that ask about macOS in Workstation are routinely closed with statements like the following. Note: macOS guests are only supported in VMware Fusion virtual machines. MacOS is specifically listed as not supported in the list of guest OSs for Workstation, and this is also stated in VMWare's Installing VMware Tools in a Mac OS Guest.
